Registration

You can use our secure Online Registration form if you are paying by MasterCard, Visa or American Express...

Or, register your child by sending us a completed registration card and a $500 deposit. Payment can be made by check, cash, MasterCard, Visa or American Express.  Registration cards can be mailed, faxed or dropped off at camp. 

We do not accept registrations by phone.

We offer 3 session choices:

All Summer (7 weeks)
Monday, June 29, 2009 - Friday, August 14, 2009.
Camp is closed Friday, July 3rd. Each camper's tuition includes either door to door transportation to camp OR a place in our extended program at camp.

  • $4575 for pre-school and kindergarten.
  • $4750 for 1st through 7th grades in-camp

  • $6475 for teen travel program
     

First Session (4 weeks)
Monday, June 29, 2009 - Friday, July 24, 2009.
Camp is closed Friday, July 3rd. Each camper's tuition includes either door to door transportation to camp OR a place in our extended program at camp.

  • $3450 for pre-school and kindergarten
  • $3600 for 1st through 7th grades in-camp
  • $4700 for teen travel program
     

Second Session (3 weeks)
Monday, July 27, 2009 - Friday, August 14, 2009. Each camper's tuition includes either door to door transportation to camp OR a place in our extended program at camp.

  • $2525 for pre-school and kindergarten

  • $2650 for 1st through 7th grades in-camp

  • $3775 for teen travel program

Sibling Discount:  For the 2nd child in your family, deduct $200 from the full season tuition, or $100 from either short session tuition.  For the 3rd child in your family, deduct $400 from the full season tuition, or $200 from either short session tuition. 

Registration Policy: A signed registration card or on-line registration form and a $500 deposit is required for each child being registered.  Second installment of $1000 per camper due on March 1, 2009.  Final balance due on May 1, 2009.

At the time of registration, $200 of the deposit becomes non-refundable.  After March 1, 2009, all deposits are non-refundable.  In case of drop-outs or session changes after May 1, 2009, all tuition payments are non-refundable. 

All tuition fees are due by May 1, 2009. We will gladly arrange a personalized payment schedule with you.
