Rates & Dates

Camp is open Monday June 25 through Friday August 10, 2012.  Camp is closed Wednesday July 4, 2012.

All seven weeks: $4975 ($4825 for pre-k or kindergarten)
Any six weeks: $4700 ($4475 for pre-k or kindergarten)
Any five weeks: $4300 ($4075 for pre-k or kindergarten)
Any four weeks: $3825 ($3650 for pre-k or kindergarten)*
Any three weeks: $2975 ($2825 for pre-k or kindergarten)*
Any two consecutive weeks: $2150 ($1950 for pre-k or kindergarten)*

Day Trippers Travel: $5825 for all 7 weeks, $5425 for any 6 weeks, $4900 for any 5 weeks, $4400 for any 4 weeks*, $3575 for any 3 weeks*, $2575 for any 2 weeks*.

Teen Travel:  $6825 for all 7 weeks, $6300 for any 6 weeks, $5700 for any 5 weeks, $5025 for any 4 weeks*, $4150 for any 3 weeks*, $3025 for any 2 weeks.*

3 and 4 Year Old Half Day: $75 per day

The Fine Print:
*Campers must be enrolled for at least two consecutive weeks.
Each camper's tuition includes either door to door transportation to camp OR a place in our extended day program at camp. There is an additional fee if your family wants to use bus transportation AND extended day daily. For the 3 and 4 Year Old Half Day program, transportation to camp is included in tuition; a parent or guardian must pick up these campers at 12:30 pm.

Early Registration Discounts:  If you register after August 12 but by October 1, 2011, deduct $150 per child for six or seven week sessions, $100 per child for three, four or five week sessions, or $75 per child for a two week session. There is no early registration discount for 3 and 4 Year Old Half Day,  Day Trippers or Teen Travel programs.

Sibling Discount:  For the 2nd child in your family, deduct $200 from full season tuition, $150 from 6 or 5 week tuition, $100 from 4 or 3 week tuition, or $50 from 2 week tuition. For the 3rd child in your family, deduct $400 from full season tuition, $300 from 6 or 5 week tuition, $200 from 4 or 3 week tuition, or $100 from 2 week tuition. Sibling discount for 3 and 4 Year Old Half Day campers: deduct $50 from tuition, regardless of the number of weeks.

July 4 Week Discount: If enrolling for a two-week session that includes the week of Wednesday July 4, 2012, deduct $100. This discount does not apply to the 3 and 4 Year Old Half Day, Teen Travel or Day Trippers programs.

Registration Policy: A signed registration card or on-line registration form and a $500 deposit is required for each child to be registered. Second installment of $1000 per camper is due on March 1, 2012. Final balance is due on May 1, 2012. For 3 and 4 Year Old Half Day progam: A signed registration card or on-line registration form and a $300 deposit is required for each child being registered. Second installment of $300 per camper is due on March 1, 2012. Final balance is due on May 1, 2012.

At the time of registration, $200 of the deposit becomes non-refundable. After March 1, 2012, all deposits are non-refundable. In case of drop-outs after May 1, 2012 or reductions in weeks during the season, all tuition payments are non-refundable. All tuition fees are due by May 1, 2012. We will gladly arrange a personalized payment plan with you if you are paying by credit card.
