What's New

New for summer 2015: Pedal Bikes!

This coming summer, our campers will be able to bike their way through the woods in our new pedal bikes.  Some bikes hold two passengers, some three and some four, so our campers will definitely need to use teamwork to keep their bikes moving smoothly

The biking trail will wind behind the tennis courts through the woods, then emerge into a race course on a paved area.  We can’t wait to give it a go this summer!

Send a Friend to Riverbend…and save!

Good friends help each other out. Now there's a new way to help your friends when you and they all enroll at Camp Riverbend. Here's how it works:

  • You enroll at Camp Riverbend for the 2015 season and tell your friends about us.
  • Your friends are so excited that they decide to enroll and attend Riverbend too.
  • When they enroll, they list your name on the line "Which family referred you to Camp Riverbend?" on our registration form.
  • You earn $100* discount for your summer tuition for each camper who enrolls and has listed your name!

The fine print: This discount does not apply to enrollment of returning campers or siblings of returning or current campers. Discount is not valid if first-time family/camper drops out before attending camp. First-time families may list only one referring name. Discount may only be applied toward 2015 paid tuition. *$50 discount for referred half-day campers.

And now’s the time to do it!

Enroll by March 1 and save on Riverbend tuition!

Campers who enroll by March 1 will save: $225 from 6 or 7 week tuition, $175 from 5 week tuition, $125 from 3 or 4 week tuition, or $75 from 2 week tuition

These discounts do not apply to our half day or Day Tripper programs.

Clubhouse Zip Line
Now our youngest campers can experience the thrill of ziplining.  We've added a special zipline area just for children currently in nursery school.  To start, they climb up to the "treehouse" where the zipline starts. All campers, at all ages, wear a safety harness and helmet while on a zipline or high ropes element.

Then they zip down the line to the other raised platform, where a counselor is waiting to catch them, and unhook them from the line!
